The Program

Find what you want to see.

Each program item is a 20-minute demo from an operation like yours — you choose what you see. A total of 45 startups will be present with a wide variety of solutions — spread across three themed stages.

20 min per solution · only what's running in operations · contact only by request

Stage 1

Marketing & Sales

Find customers, follow up faster, prepare offers more accurately.

Relevant if market, offers, or customer data take more time than they should.

Stage 2

Production & Manufacturing

See downtimes, change plans, reduce costs before it gets expensive.

Relevant if machines are running, but planning, energy, purchasing, or documentation create too much friction.

Stage 3

Personnel & Organization

Understand applications, secure knowledge, eliminate routine work.

Relevant if open positions, knowledge transfer, or routine work create more pressure each month.

Program Updates

We will notify you as soon as new demos are confirmed.

The stage logic is set. Times are current planning status.

After the demo

See first, talk after. The teams remain available all day: During the lunch break and networking, you speak directly with the people who built the solution.

And you set the pace: The attendee list is not public; contact only occurs where you want it — no follow-up without your approval.

For whom

Five sentences.
If three apply, the day is worthwhile.

Attending a trade fair costs you a workday. Therefore, an honest check before you book: Check what applies to your business.

Check what applies.

To the tickets

Honestly: If you expect keynotes and panels, are looking for investors, or want to collect leads, you will not be happy on this day. And if you, as a startup, want to get on stage yourself, apply — the criteria are in the FAQ.

Who is behind it

The trade fair is organized by Seedhouse: Since 2018, we have been connecting startups and the Mittelstand.

We do not select the loudest startups, but those that can clearly demonstrate a business problem.

What we check beforehand

The solution is in use with multiple customers. The team can explain where the benefit arises in the business operation. And it can be clearly demonstrated in 20 minutes.

What's on stage

No research projects. No ideas on PowerPoint. What is presented must be concrete enough for you to ask a good question afterward.

After the event

Do you want to continue discussions with a startup? We will make the introduction — directly to the right contact person on the team.

Questions & Answers

Everything you should know.

  • 01

What can I expect at the fair?

Each startup gets a 20-minute demo slot on one of the three stages — and presents its solution in the way you can best evaluate it: on a running system, on the machine, or with a real customer case. No pitch competition, no slide battles. You decide afterwards who you want to approach — follow-up only with your active approval.
  • 02

How does the daily schedule work?

Entry from 09:30 AM, program starts at 10:00 AM simultaneously on three stages. The morning session runs until 12:00 PM, followed by a lunch break until 1:00 PM. The second demo round ends at 4:00 PM, followed by open networking until 7:00 PM.

  • 03

    Can I stay all day?

Yes, food and drinks are provided.
  • 04

    How do I get there?

Seedhouse is located in Osnabrück's old town, a 10-minute walk from the main train station. Parking is available in the Altstadt-Garage parking garage. Directions and hotel recommendations will be sent two weeks before the event.
  • 05

What exactly is a “startup” in this context?

Young technology companies with a solution that is no longer in the prototype stage. Important: The companies presenting at Innovate Mittelstand already have customers like you. No research projects, no ideas on paper. What is on stage is already running today in a Mittelstand business.
  • 06

    Who selects the startups?

The Seedhouse team. The criterion is not the loudest story, but a solution that is already running with several customers and can be clearly demonstrated on stage.
  • 07

Do I have to publicly display my company or my name?

No. The attendee list is not public. You only share your business card or contact information where you choose to. Name badges are required for entry but will not be published or shared.
  • 08

Until when can I book tickets?

There is no registration deadline — tickets can be booked as long as seats are available. The day ticket costs €199 incl. 19% VAT — all three stages, breakfast, lunch buffet, drinks, and networking included.
  • 09

    Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, free of charge via email up to 3 days before the event. Simply send new contact details — we will update them.
  • 10

Applying as a startup — what are the criteria?

Solution already running with several customers, technical maturity, applicable in classic Mittelstand. Application by email with a 1-pager on the solution, customers, and team.
